The Marina Aparthotel
is a private facility with a total of 12 holiday apartments, and located in the mountain village of  Anoghia at the north flank of the Ida mountains on the island of Crete.
Each apartment includes a separate bathroom and a kitchenette with electric hob, extractor fan and refrigerator. There is also central heating, and each apartment has a balcony or terrace and (except 2 of them) an open fireplace.

Anoghia
is one of the island's highest mountain villages, and having more than 2,500 inhabitants it is also the biggest.
It has it's own high school, a town hall, and a Medical Center.

Being a center of sheep and goat breeding, the village is well known for it's beautiful woven goods and crochet works since long.
In recent years it gained additional popularity from Alkibiades Skoulas' private folklore museum.
The place has numerous cozy tavernas and kafenions, and makes an ideal basis for excursions of the peaceful surroundings and the imposing mountain landscape of the Ida massif.
